基于代谢组学技术探究青藏高原特有种唐古特大黄不同组织的代谢产物差异
Exploring metabolite differences in different tissues of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei(an endemic species to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau)based on metabolomics technology

Abstract
Objective To elucidate the metabolic profile differences among the root,stem,leaf,and seed tissues of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,and to evaluate the high-value utilization potential of its non-medicinal tissues.Methods UPLC-MS/MS-based untargeted metabo-lomics,combined with multivariate statistical analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,was used to systematically compare the metabolic profiles of different tissues.Results A total of 1339 secondary metabolites were identified,predominantly including flavo-noids,terpenoids,phenylpropanoids,alkaloids,and anthraquinones.Roots were enriched with anthraquinones and phenolic acids,leaves were abundant in flavonoids and were significantly enriched in the phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathway,while seeds specifically accumulated proanthocyanidins and alkaloids.Furthermore,pathways such as α-linolenic acid metabolism were notably enriched in root-stem/leaf comparisons.Conclusion This study is the first to elucidate the tissue-specific accumulation patterns of metabolites in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei from a metabolic network perspective.A full-resource utilization model is proposed:"roots for medicinal use-seeds for antioxidant applications-stems for food processing-leaves for daily chemical raw materials,"which provides a theoretical foun-dation for the sustainable exploitation and molecular breeding of this endangered medicinal plant.关键词
