黄精及其药对的药理作用和临床运用研究进展
Research progress on pharmacological and clinical applications effects of Rhizoma Polygonati and its medicinal couplets

Abstract
Rhizoma Polygonati is a vital tonic herb in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),known for its diverse effects such as nour-ishing yin,moistening the lungs,invigorating the spleen,and tonifying the kidneys.It is widely used in clinical applications for diabe-tes,neurodegenerative diseases,and immune regulation.Modern research has revealed that its active components primarily include Rhi-zoma Polygonati polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,and volatile oils,which exhibit extensive pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidant,anti-aging,anti-tumor,immunomodulatory,hypoglycemic,and neuroprotective properties.Rhizoma Polygonati not only dem-onstrates significant efficacy as a single herb but is also frequently combined with other herbs like Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali,Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,and Radix Angelicae Sinensis to form medicinal couplets,which can significantly enhance therapeutic effects and expand clinical applications.These combinations are widely used in the prevention and treatment of various diseases,including diabe-tes,Alzheimer's disease(AD),tumors,and cardiovascular diseases.Based on modern pharmacological and network pharmacological research,this paper systematically summarizes the active components,pharmacological effects,compatibility patterns,and clinical applications of Rhizoma Polygonati and its medicinal couplets.It further explores the synergistic mechanisms of these medicinal cou-plets,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the rational clinical compatibility and in-depth development of Rhizoma Polygonati.关键词
