摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the internal structural characteristics of rock materials,the mechanism by which rock materials resist external stress can be divided into two parts:elastic stress and frictional stress.The shear stress has a quartic function relationship with shear strain.When neglecting the nonlinearity of material elasticity and fric-tional stress,this model can be simplified as Hooke's law.There is a critical value for the initial compression effect of rocks,and when the confining pressure exceeds the critical value,the initial compaction effect of the rock disap-pears.Based on this,a critical state equation is proposed.Volume strain can be decomposed into the sum of the vol-ume strain term caused solely by shear stress and the volume strain term caused solely by average volume stress.The model is validated using conventional triaxial compression test data for six different types of rocks from published lit-erature.The results show that the model can effectively describe the mechanical behavior of rocks under different stress conditions,demonstrating its rationality and applicability.
