"苏超"商业生态系统的运行机制研究
Research on the Operation Mechanism of the"Jiangsu Football City League"Commercial Ecosystem:Analysis and Inspiration Based on Game Theory

Abstract
Based on game theory,taking the Jiangsu Provincial City Football League as a typical case,this paper sys-tematically deconstructs the internal driving forces behind its rapid growth in commercial value.The research finds that the commercial success of the"Jiangsu Football City League"is attributed to a multi-party game system com-posed of governments,sponsoring enterprises,media platforms,participating teams,and consumers.Within this sys-tem,all parties interact through strategies,promoting the transformation from zero-sum games to positive-sum games.The deep integration of sports,tourism,culture,and business industries has facilitated a value-creating revenue cy-cle,promoting a revenue cycle of value co-creation.However,this model still faces governance challenges such as"free-riding",imbalanced revenue distribution,and the alienation of symbolic value in practice.Based on this,the study proposes to build a collaborative governance model of government and market,optimize the revenue distribu-tion and value feedback mechanism,and strengthen the long-term value management of cultural symbols,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the commercial operation of local sports events.关键词
