Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for electricity in society is rapidly increasing.Compared with traditional forms of energy power generation,wind power does not cause serious environmental pollution problems.It is a novel and clean power generation method that meets the development requirements of building a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society.Therefore,wind power is in a high-speed development stage globally.The wind energy resources of the mountainous regions in the plateau are relatively abundant,but the complex terrain environment increases the safety risks associated with the construction of plateau and mountain wind power projects,and it is necessary to explore the safety management difficulties in project construction.This paper first introduces the main characteristics of plateau and mountain wind power projects.Then,the safety management difficulties in the construction of such wind power projects are analyzed.Finally,corresponding safety management measures are provided for different stages of the construction process of such wind power projects.The research results show that with the increasing number of plateau and mountain wind power projects,it is necessary to grasp the safety management difficulties of such wind power projects.Safety management work should be carried out in four stages:project initiation and decision-making stage,survey and design stage,project implementation and control stage,and delivery and use stage to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of such wind power projects.关键词
