基于社会动力学模型的某高校食堂人员疏散效率研究
Study on evacuation efficiency of a university canteen based on a social force model

Abstract
To investigate the effects of dining-area table-and-chair layout and guidance mode on emer-gency evacuation efficiency in a canteen,this study took a university canteen as the research object and constructed an emergency evacuation model based on the social force method.Under the premise that the total number of diners and the number of tables and chairs remained unchanged,evacuation time and pedestrian density under free evacuation,guided evacuation,and different table layouts were com-paratively analyzed.The results show that appropriate guidance mechanisms and reasonable spacing be-tween tables and chairs can improve emergency evacuation efficiency in the canteen to a certain extent.Compared with free evacuation,guided evacuation can avoid persistent congestion on some staircases and shorten the overall evacuation time by 22%.Under guided evacuation,the critical value of the left-right spacing between tables and chairs is 1 400 mm.When it is less than this value,the number of people lingering in the aisle decreases and evacuation time declines as the spacing increases.When it exceeds this value,evacuation time shows an upward trend.Compared with front-back spacing,increas-ing the left-right spacing between tables and chairs has a more significant effect on evacuation,reducing evacuation time by up to 24.1%.When two tables are combined,evacuation efficiency increases by 12.3%.The results provide a reference for optimizing table-and-chair layout in canteen dining areas and emergency safety management.关键词
