Influence mechanism of construal level and psychological resilience on miners'safety behavior

Abstract
To improve miners'safety behavior and prevent human-induced accidents in coal produc-tion,the intrinsic relationship between individual psychological cognition and safety behavior was ex-plored based on construal level theory.A hypothetical model of the relationship between psychological resilience and safety behavior was constructed,and a Vensim system dynamics model was established.A questionnaire survey was conducted among frontline miners in state-owned coal enterprises.The re-sults show that individual construal level is significantly positively associated with psychological resili-ence.Psychological resilience positively promotes safety self-efficacy,and safety self-efficacy is signifi-cantly positively correlated with safety behavior.Safety self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the path through which psychological resilience influences safety behavior,including safety compliance and safety participation.Under the intervention of safety self-efficacy,both psychological resilience and safety behavior first decrease and then increase among miners with different construal levels.However,the decline is slower among miners with a high construal level and faster among those with a low con-strual level.The results can help coal mining enterprises identify potential behavioral risks based on miners'construal levels and psychological resilience,and further establish differentiated intervention mechanisms,thereby providing a reference for improving safety management in coal enterprises.关键词
