p16/Ki-67双染检测对新疆哈密地区HPV阳性人群分流价值研究
The value of p16/Ki-67 dual staining in triage of HPV positive population in Hami,Xin-jiang

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of p16/Ki-67 dual staining in human papilloma virus(HPV)positive population triage and cervical cancer screening.Meth-ods:A total of 600 women with positive HPV test results from September 2023 to February 2025 in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 13 division Red Star Hospital in Hami City were collected as the research objects.Thinprep cytologic test(TCT)and p16/Ki-67 dual stai-ning were performed on the cervical exfoliated cell samples,and colposcopy and biopsy were performed on patients who needed them.With histological results as the gold standard,the posi-tive rates of the two tests,their consistency with biopsy-diagnosed HSIL+,and their clinical screening efficacies were analyzed and compared.Results:Finally,597 valid samples were ob-tained.The total positive rate of p16/Ki-67 dual staining was 28.48％,and the total positive rate of TCT was 44.39％.The positive rate of the former increased with the increase of TCT se-verity.Among 394 patients with biopsy results,the total positive rate of p16/Ki-67 dual staining was 39.85％,and the total positive rate of TCT was 63.71％.The positive rates of both showed an increasing trend with the increase of histological severity.In HSIL+,the positive coincidence rate of p16/Ki-67 dual staining(95/117,81.20％)was higher than that of TCT(85/117,72.65％),the sensitivity was slightly higher than that of TCT(81.20％vs 72.65％),and the specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy,Youden index and the AUC value for diagnosing HSIL+were higher than those of TCT.Conclusions:For HPV positive patients,the triage accuracy of p16/Ki-67 dual staining detection is better than that of TCT ex-amination,which is more suitable for the triage management of cervical cancer screening in Ha-mi area of Xinjiang,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
