Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors and development of a risk prediction model for postpartum haemorrhage in women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect clinical data of 384 cases of GDM mothers who gave birth in Chongzhou People's Hospital from February 2023 to Februar-y 2025,and they were divided into the non-hemorrhagic group(n=287)and the hemorrhagic group(n=97)according to the status of the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.Multifactori-al logistic regression analysis was applied to explore the factors affecting postpartum haemor-rhage in women with GDM,and the predictive value of the prediction model was established by establishing the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.Results:The binary lo-gistic regression model showed that the mode of this delivery(cesarean section),the number of pregnancies(≥3),combined preeclampsia,premature rupture of membranes,abnormal fetal position,weak contractions,FIB,HbA1c,DD,and NO were all influential factors for postpartum haemorrhage in women with GDM(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUCs of the above individual indicator for predicting postpartum haemorrhage in GDM mothers were 0.614,0.601,0.584,0.604,0.611,0.614,0.694,0.632,0.721,and 0.739,respectively.The AUC of the prediction model for predicting postpartum haemorrhage in women with GDM was 0.947,and the sensitivity and specificity were 0.866,0.926.The AUC of the prediction model for pre-dicting postpartum haemorrhage in women with GDM was significantly higher than that of indi-vidual indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mode of delivery(cesarean section),number of preg-nancies(≥3),preeclampsia,premature rupture of membranes,abnormal fetal position,contrac-tion weakness,FIB,HbA1c,DD,and NO were the factors influencing postpartum haemorrhage in women with GDM,and the risk prediction model based on the above indexes was more effec-tive in predicting postpartum haemorrhage in women with GDM.关键词
