Abstract
Chlamydia pneumoniae is one of the important pathogens causing respiratory tract infec-tions.However,due to its difficulties in culture,long turnaround time and limited sensitivity,traditional cul-ture methods are not suitable for rapid clinical diagnosis.Targeted next-generation sequencing(tNGS),as a rapid pathogen detection technique,facilitates the early diagnosis and treatment of chlamydia pneumoniae pneumonia.The article reports two cases of chlamydia pneumoniae pneumonia diagnosed by tNGS detection of alveolar lavage fluid,retrospectively analyzes their clinical characteristics,and reviews them in combination with the literature.关键词
