Research progress on traditional chinese medicine treatment of primary hypothyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Primary hypothyroidism(abbreviated as hypothyroidism)is a common endocrine system dis-ease in clinic.In recent years,the prevalence of primary hypothyroidism in China continues to rise,which has become an important public health problem that reduces the quality of life of patients and increases the cost of social medical care.At present,the prevention and treatment of hypothyroidism in clinic is still mainly based on exogenous thyroid hormone replacement therapy,but this scheme has some shortcomings,such as single method,long medication time and insignificant improvement of symptoms.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating primary hypothyroidism,which can significantly relieve symptoms,enhance thy-roid function,improve patients'quality of life and increase the cure rate.However,the thinking of dialectical diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism in Chinese medicine has not been unified,and there is a lack of standardized diagnosis and treatment standards.This paper summarizes the clinical research progress of tradi-tional Chinese medicine in treating hypothyroidism,and discusses the present situation and development direc-tion in this field.关键词
