基本药物中β内酰胺类抗菌药物的临床综合评价研究
Comprehensive clinical evaluation of β-lactam antibiotics in essential medicines

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the β-lactam antibiotics in essential drugs according to the A Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions(the Second Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the Selection Guideline),so as to provide reference for drug selection and clinical medication in medical institutions.Methods A total of 15 varieties(involving 17 product specifications)of β-lactam antibacterial drugs in the 2018 edition of the National Essential Drugs List were taken as the main re-search targets,and the drugs were evaluated from the dimensions of pharmaceutical characteristics,effective-ness,safety and economy according to the β-lactam antibacterial drug evaluation scale.Results The compre-hensive scores of β-lactam antibiotics were significantly different.The highest score of pharmaceutical charac-teristics was Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection(Shanghai Roche,24 points),and the lowest was Piperacillin So-dium and Tazobactam Sodium for Injection and Cefazolin Sodium for Injection(20 points).The highest effec-tiveness score was ceftriaxone sodium for injection(22.00 points),followed by piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection(20.00 points),and the lowest was piperacillin sodium for injection(3.70 points).The highest safety score was cefuroxime sodium for injection and ceftazidime for injection(22.50 points),while amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets(2∶1)had the lowest score of 13.20 points.The best economic scores were amoxicillin capsules,amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablets,and cefalexin cap-sules,all of which were seven points.Conclusion Among the 15 varieties of β-lactam antibiotics,amoxicillin capsules,amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets,and cefuroxime sodium for injection are strongly rec-ommended,which are suitable for use as a reserve of commonly used antibiotics in hospitals.Cefazolin sodium for injection,cefradine capsules and ceftazidime for injection still have irreplaceable clinical value in specific scenarios,while the clinical application value of other drugs is limited.关键词
