克拉玛依市糖尿病患者用药知信行调查研究
Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice of medication in diabetic patients in Karamay City

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)on medication among diabetic patients in Karamay City.Methods A total of 907 diabetic patients from four pub-lic hospitals in Karamay were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated with the KAP medi-cation questionnaire from January to December 2024.The medication KAP scores of patients with different baseline characteristics were compared,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The scores of med-ication knowledge,medication attitude,and medication practice were(66.24±22.68),(33.69±9.87),and(57.63±14.12),respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of medication knowledge among patients with different gender,residence,age,monthly income,employment status,educa-tion level,medical security and occupation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in medi-cation practice scores among patients with different places of residence,medical insurance status,and occupa-tions(P<0.05).Age(35-50 years,>65 years),monthly income(>6 000 yuan)and occupation(government officials,medical institution staff,students)were independent influencing factors for medication knowledge score(P<0.05).Gender was an independent influencing factor for medication attitude score(P<0.05).Age(35-50 years),monthly income(1 000-2 000 yuan,>2 000-4 000 yuan,>4 000-6 000 yuan,>6 000 yuan),place of residence(rural),and occupations(enterprise workers,others)were independent influencing factors for medication practice score(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the scores of pa-tients'medication knowledge,medication attitude and medication practice(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall medication risk profile among diabetic patients in Karamay City is favorable,but it still needs to be improved.In the future,we should focus on men,the elderly,rural residents,those with low-to-middle incomes,and indi-viduals without steady employment,by implementing targeted medication education to promote safe and ra-tional drug use.关键词
