全周期运动处方在全髋关节置换日间手术加速康复中的应用
The Application of full cycle exercise prescription in accelerated rehabilitation of total hip arthroplasty day surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of application of full cycle exercise prescription in accel-erated rehabilitation of total hip arthroplasty(THA)day surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients were en-rolled in this study.Specifically,48 patients admitted from February 2023 to January 2024 were allocated to the conventional group,whereas another 48 patients admitted from February to December 2024 were assigned to the daytime group.Patients in daytime group received full cycle exercise prescription intervention,while those in conventional group were managed with routine clinical protocols.The the length of hospital stay,time to first postoperative ambulation,and Harris scores at the 7th day,1 month,and 3 months postoperatively be-tween the two groups were compared.Results The time to first postoperative ambulation in daytime group[5.00(4.00,5.00)h]was significantly earlier than that in conventional group[29.00(21.00,44.00)h],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The Harris scores of the daytime group at the 7th day,1 month,and 3 months postoperatively were significantly higher than those of conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in daytime group[47.00(46.00,47.00)h]was shorter than that of conventional group[202.50(168.00,217.75)h],and the total hospi-talization cost in daytime group[(22 373.81±928.17)yuan]was lower than that of conventional group[(26 730.93±4 376.49)yuan],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).No complications or readmissions occurred in daytime group;in conventional group,one case of deep vein thrombosis and one case of readmission due to joint dislocation after a fall at home occurred.There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of postoperative complications and readmissions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Full cycle exercise prescription can accelerate the rehabilitation of daytime THA patients,reduce the length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs.关键词
