The Logic,Value and Practical Approaches to Developing the Ideological and Political Education Teacher Team from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
Developing new quality productive forces requires cultivating high-quality,innovative workers with both professional excellence and creative capabilities.As a key component of the workforce,ideological and political education teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and quality of these forces.From the perspective of new quality productive forces,building a high-caliber,professional team of ideological and political education teachers is not only an urgent necessity for advancing new quality education,but also an inherent requirement for cultivating new quality teachers and,moreover,an inevitable demand for fostering new quality talent.To achieve this,efforts should focus on optimizing training systems,improving mechanisms,enhancing skills,and providing multi-dimensional support—ultimately creating a team of educator-type teachers capable of adapting to,serving,and leading the development of new quality productive forces.关键词
