Regional Synergy in Heritage Corridor Construction:A Case Study of the Lijiang River Basin

Abstract
Economic resilience is an important indicator of a regional economy's ability to withstand external shocks and maintain stable growth.It is highly compatible with the economic functions and sustainable development concepts of heritage corridors,offering a new perspective on the collaborative protection and development of heritage corridor regions.This study uses ArcGIS 10.8 software to conduct kernel density analysis and identify nodal areas of the Lijiang River Basin heritage corridor.The Minimum Cumulative Resistance(MCR)model is then applied to construct a multi-factor resistance surface for the basin.Circuit theory and the Linkage Mapper tool were used to generate current density maps of the heritage corridor.9 nodal areas,11 integrated resistance surfaces and 15 trails are identified,forming a three-tier green corridor system that constitutes the Lijiang River Basin heritage corridor.Additionally,the study measures the economic resilience of counties and districts within the Lijiang River Basin using the economic cycle modeling method.Based on the results of the quantitative analysis,a spatial protection pattern for the heritage corridor has been constructed which is characterized by"one main axis,multiple core nodes,and coordinated regional development".This research provides a reference for improving connectivity between scattered cultural heritage sites,establishing a basin-wide heritage corridor and promoting sustainable spatial development in the process of developing Guilin as a world-class tourist city.关键词
