Abstract
Developing a valid and operational indicator system is essential for advancing the high-quality development of the"AI+"construction in higher education.Existing studies have mainly examined specific aspects such as technology application,teach-ers' and students' AI literacy,and ethical governance,but have paid insufficient attention to systematic and applicable evaluation frameworks.Drawn upon ecosystem theory and considering the characteristics of higher education governance as well as instructional practice,this study proposes an"AI+"education ecosystem framework in higher education,consisting of organizational ecology,tech-nological ecology,teacher application ecology,student application ecology,and developmental ecology.Guided by this framework,this study employs literature analysis,Delphi expert consultation,and the analytic hierarchy process to develop an evaluation indicator system and determine the relative weights of indicators.The final indicator system includes 5 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators.Based on that,this study designs a five-level maturity model,namely the basic,application,development,integration,and leading levels.A constraint mechanism for under-performing dimensions is introduced to improve the comprehensiveness and balance of the evaluation results.Finally,University S is used as a case to demonstrate the application process and diagnostic results of the maturity model.This study provides a methodological basis and practical reference for evaluation,diag-nosis,and continued improvement in the integration of AI and education in higher education.关键词
