病灶内光动力疗法联合司库奇尤单抗治疗局部顽固性化脓性汗腺炎病灶的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Intralesional Photodynamic Therapy Combined with Secuk-inumab in the Treatment of Locally Refractory Hidradenitis Suppurativa Le-sions

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intralesional photodynamic therapy combined with secukinumab in the treatment of locally refractory hidradenitis suppurativa lesions.Methods 60 patients with locally refractory hidradenitis suppurativa who were treated in the Dermatology Department of our hospital from January 2021 to June 2025 were enrolled as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment regimen,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with secukinumab,and the study group was treated with intralesional photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,severity of skin lesions,inflammatory indicators,quality of life,pain degree and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The HiSCR50 rate after 24 weeks of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment,the AN number,as well as the IHS4,DLQI and NRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the AN number,as well as the IHS4,DLQI and NRS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,NEUT and NLR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CRP,IL-6,NEUT and NLR in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Intralesional photodynamic therapy combined with secukinumab in the treatment of locally refractory hidradenitis suppurativa lesions can significantly improve the clinical response rate,ameliorate the severity of skin lesions,inflammatory burden and quality of life of patients,with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
