超声波辅助乙醇提取花生茎叶中芳樟醇的工艺研究
Research on the Process of Extracting Linalool from Peanut Stems and Leaves Using Ultrasound-Assisted Ethanol Extraction
摘要
Abstract
This study focused on investigating the process and the optimal extraction conditions for terpene compounds,namely linalool from the stems and leaves of peanuts(Arachis hypogaea L.),using ultrasonic assistance in ethanol extraction.Through single-factor and four-factor three-level L9(34)orthogonal experiments,the particle size of the raw materials,extraction temperature,ultrasonic time,and ethanol volume fraction were investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follow:particle size 425 μm,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 60 min,and ethanol volume fraction 70%.At this point,the yield of linalool reached 0.61%.关键词
