裴氏六味夏破汤联合放疗治疗津亏热结型食管癌临床观察
Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Pei's Liuwei Xiapo Decoction Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer of Jinkui Rejie Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the synergistic and attenuated effects of Pei's Liuwei Xiapo Decoction combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer of syndrome of deficiency of fluid and accumulated heat.Methods:According to the random number table method,100 patients with esophageal cancer of syndrome of de-ficiency of fluid and accumulated heat were divided into radiotherapy group and synchronous group,50 cases in each group.The radiotherapy group was treated with radiotherapy,and the synchronous group was treated with Pei's Liuwei Xiapo Decoction orally at the same time of radiotherapy.After treatment,the differences in clinical efficacy,tumor markers,quality of life,physical condition,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,immune function and incidence rate of complications after radiotherapy between the two groups were compared to determine whether there were statistically significant differences.Results:After treatment,the disease control rate and total effective rate of the synchronous group were higher than those of the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The tumor markers,TCM symptom scores and CD8+levels in the synchronous group were lower than those in the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The physical status score,quality of life score,CD3+and CD4+levels in the concurrent group were higher than those in the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after radiotherapy in the synchronous group was lower than that in the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pei's Liuwei Xiapo Decoction combined with radiotherapy can improve the radiotherapy effect of patients with esophageal cancer of syndrome of deficiency of fluid and accumula-ted heat,and can reduce the incidence of complications after radiotherapy.关键词
