基于数据挖掘技术探讨《广西民族医药验方新编》所载治疗内科疾病验方的组方用药规律
Exploring the Prescription Patterns of Internal Medicine Treatments in New Compilation of Guangxi Ethnic Medicine Prescriptions Based on Data Mining Technology

Abstract
Objective:To dissect the prescription-drug-combination patterns and identify the core therapeutic clusters for internal-medicine disorders documented in New Compilation of Guangxi Ethnic Medicine Prescriptions by means of data-mining algorithms embedded in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(TCM-ICP),thereby furnishing an evidence-based reference for both bedside application and mechanistic investigations of ethnic drugs.Methods:Prescription and medicinal data for internal diseases documented in New Compilation of Guangxi Ethnic Medicine Prescriptions were collated and standardized to build a structured database.Using the TCM-ICP ver-sion 3.5,we conducted comprehensive statistical analyses.High-frequency ethnic medicinal species were identified,and potential drug combinations were mined by applying association-rule(Apriori)and hierarchical clustering algorithms embedded in the platform.Results:A total of 1 805 formulae employed for internal disorders were captured,encompas-sing 2 618 discrete medicinal items directed against 73 disease entities.The commonest indications were rheumatic pain,epigastralgia and hepatitis.The ten most frequently prescribed agents were wine,Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.,Plantago asiatica L.,Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.,Radix Boehmeriae,Mahonia fortunei(Lindl.)Fedde,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Kadsura longipedunculata Finet&Gagnep..With regard to Chinese medici-nal properties,cold,warm and neutral qualities predominated,while the flavours were chiefly bitter,sweet and pun-gent.Through association rule analysis,Kadsurae Longipedunculatae Caulis,Kadsurae Coccineae Caulis,Zanthoxyli Nitradi Radix et Caulis,and Psychotriae Asiaticae Herba were identified as core herb pairs.These herbs are consist-ently combined in clinical medication patterns with agents that regulate the Long and Fire Pathways,eliminate toxins,and promote qi circulation to alleviate pain.Further clustering analysis categorized these combinations into five core herbal groups.Conclusion:Data analysis of prescribing patterns for internal diseases in the New Compilation of Guan-gxi Ethnic Medicine Prescriptions revealed underlying herb compatibility principles and distribution patterns of prima-ry disease indications.These findings provide a reference for clinical formulation applications.关键词
