Research Progress of MicroRNA in Allergic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of allergic diseases has increased year by year,so it is urgent to study the pathogenesis of allergic diseases and develop new preparations for the treatment of allergic diseases.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a key post-transcriptional regulator,which controls many cellular pathways and acts as a key regulatory element in various immunological environments,and plays an important role in regulating the development and differentiation of T cells.Recent studies have found that miRNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases.In this paper,the regulatory mechanisms of miRNA on allergic rhinitis,allergic asthma and atopic dermatitis in recent years are summarized,and the mechanism of reducing allergic reactions and improving disease symptoms is analyzed,in order to demonstrate that specific miRNA is expected to become a diagnostic marker and potential therapeutic target of allergic diseases.关键词
