基于DRG的消化系统疾病医保患者住院费用标准研究

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the hospitalization expense standards for medical insurance patients with digestive system diseases based on DRG.Methods:Taking the period from January 2024 to December 2024 as the research period,4,329 patients with digestive system diseases who were discharged from Xuzhou First People's Hospital under medical insurance were selected as the research objects.The decision tree CHAID chi-square automatic interaction test was fully applied for classification and combination,and the application results were explored.Results:Based on the analysis of the diagnosis grouping of digestive system diseases and hospitalization costs,there are 3 disease grouping nodes,with 9 characteristic indicators as independent variables.Conclusion:This study aims to promote the further application of DRG in medical insurance management and provide a reference for hospital medical insurance charge management.关键词
