Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying the standardized acceptance-commitment concept nursing model in the care of patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods:Fifty patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects. They were equally assigned to the control group(implementing the general nursing routine of neurosurgery)and the observation group(supplemented by the standardized acceptance-commitment concept nursing intervention)with 25 cases each by the random number table method. The main focus was on assessing their psychological state,post-traumatic stress disorder and growth level,self-management ability, and functional rehabilitation status. Results:After the intervention, the scores of the DASS-21,FoP-Q-SF,CAPS-5,PTGI,AHSMSRS,NIHSS and ADL scales in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized acceptance-commitment concept nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with craniocerebral trauma, promote post-traumatic growth, prevent post-traumatic stress disorder, and enhance their self-management ability and functional recovery effect.关键词
