银发经济背景下健康养老陪诊服务标准化问题及对策研究
Research on the Standardization Issues and Countermeasures of Medical Escort Services for Health Care and Elderly Care in the Context of the Silver Economy
摘要
Abstract
As an important part of health care for the elderly in the context of the silver economy,the standardization construction of medical escort services holds significant importance.Based on a systematic review of the development of medical escort services and the current status of their standardization,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the standardization construction of medical escort services,including the lack of top-level design for standardization,obvious absence of standards,incomplete safety standardization construction contents,and the need for further refinement of standardized service processes and contents.It then proposes targeted suggestions for standardization construction,such as focusing on the needs of the elderly for escort services,strengthening top-level design for standardization,improving the standardization construction of qualifications and capabilities of medical escort institutions and medical escorts,enhancing safety standardization construction,effectively safeguarding the rights and interests of the elderly and medical escorts,fully considering the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and further refining service processes and contents.These suggestions aim to further regulate the industry's development and contribute to the high-quality development of the silver economy.关键词
