食品中菌落总数的能力验证结果分析
Analysis of the Proficiency Testing Results of Total Bacterial Count in Food
摘要
Abstract
In order to verify and improve the laboratory personnel's ability to test total colony counts,the laboratory participated in the Colony Count Proficiency Testing Program 2024(ACAS-PT1870)of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.The results of this proficiency test were obtained,according to the testing method in GB 4789.2-2022,and personnel comparison was conducted.From the analysis of the results,it is concluded that the accuracy of the results of both samples meets the requirements(|Z|≤2),and the results are evaluated as satisfactory.关键词
