Abstract
The deep integration of innovation chains,industrial chains,talent chains and capital chains constitutes a pivotal measure for cultivating new quality productive forces,implementing an innovation-driven development strategy,and propelling high-quality economic and social development.The scientific essence of"deep integration of the four chains"is defined through a three-dimensional perspective encompassing its intrinsic nature,economic growth and innovation theory,alongside General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific exposition and core principles on this concept.Taking the new energy vehicle industry as an example,this study systematically analyses the evolutionary mechanism of the"deep integration of the four chains"under government-market coordination across three stages:initial emergence,rapid development,and upgrading transition.The intrinsic mechanism of this integration is elucidated through a sequential inertia perspective spanning the entire process:from consolidating the innovation foundation,implementing innovative actions,to disseminating innovation outcomes.Finally,it proposes three future practical strategies:deepening ecological co-governance to build an innovation ecosystem where government and market collaborate;strengthening forward-looking analysis to establish a dynamically adaptive industrial identification and cultivation system;and focusing on key enterprises to develop a dual-drive model involving both start-ups and chain-leading enterprises.关键词
