乡村振兴背景下我国农村医疗卫生服务研究现状与趋势分析
Status quo and trends of research on China's rural healthcare services in the context of rural revitalization

Abstract
Objective Rural healthcare services serve as a critical driver for advancing comprehensive ru-ral revitalization.This study employed bibliometric methods to explore the research progress,hotspots,and trends in the field of rural healthcare services in China within the context of rural revitalization.Methods Based on 1 755 core Chinese and English publications from the CNKI,Wanfang and Web of Science databases between 2018 and 2024,a bibliometric and knowledge mapping analysis was conducted using CiteSpace,covering dimen-sions such as publication volume,author collaboration,institutional distribution,keyword co-occurrence,and key-word bursts.Results Annual publication volumes in Chinese and English exhibited opposite trends:Chinese publications had declined year by year since 2021,while English publications had continued to grow.However,a core author group had not yet been formed,and collaboration networks among authors and institutions were sparse.The researchers were mainly from universities and medical research institutions in eastern and central China.Key-word clustering identified five major Chinese themes and four English themes.Burst keyword analysis indicated a shift in research focus from service provision to system mechanisms,health governance,and urban-rural compari-sons.Conclusions Future research should strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and empirical studies,deep-en policy coordination and dynamic evaluation,focus on aging populations and health literacy cultivation,and pro-mote the transformation of rural healthcare in China toward"health management"to provide sustainable support for rural revitalization.关键词
