山西某县域医共体医疗服务能力现状分析
Status quo of medical service capacity of a county medical community in Shanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the status quo of medical services of a county-level medical community in Shanxi Province and to explore effective approaches to enhancing its service capacity.Methods A descriptive analysis was primarily employed to analyze the healthcare utilization within and outside the county,as well as the allocation of resources in township hospital.Results Research findings indicated that the rate of out-of-county medical consultation had been increasing year by year.The main destination of inpatient care for local residents was the provincial capital city.The common and prevalent diseases treated outside the county were consistent with those having high outpatient visit numbers within the county.There was an urgent need to strengthen general prac-tice services and health promotion in township hospitals and village clinics.Conclusions This study emphasizes the need to focus on enhancing the medical service capacity for diseases that frequently lead to out-of-county hospi-talizations,to specifically improve the medical service capabilities for common and prevalent diseases within the county,to strengthen the development of general practice outpatient services at the grassroots level,and to rein-force health promotion.关键词
