余姚市老年慢性下呼吸道疾病患者流感疫苗接种率及影响因素分析
Influenza vaccine coverage and influencing factors among older adults with chronic lower respiratory diseases in Yuyao of Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Objective To evaluate influenza vaccine(InfV)coverage and influencing factors among older adults with chronic lower respiratory diseases(CLRD)from 2018/19 to 2022/23 in Yuyao City of Zhejiang Prov-ince.Methods We obtained relevant study data from Zhejiang Immunization Information Management System and Ningbo Regional Health Information Platform,calculated the InfV coverage of target population,and used Logistic regression to analyze the the factors influencing influenza vaccination.Results The InfV coverage among older a-dults with CLRD increased from 3.44％during the 2018/19 influenza season to 41.05％during the 2022/23 in-fluenza season.Multivariate Logistic analysis results indicated that free influenza vaccination policy was a key in-fluencing factor for InfV coverage(OR=7.37,95％CI:7.10～7.66).Additionally,the InfV coverage was also associated with the COVID-19 pandemic,the variety and number of comorbidities and vaccination history(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The InfV coverage among elderly CLRD patients increased significantly from 2018/2019 to 2022/2023 influenza seasons,but there is still a gap when compared with that in high-income countries.Free in-fluenza vaccination policy,the COVID-19 pandemic,as well as the variety and number of comorbidities are key factors influencing InfV coverage.It is recommended to implement a comprehensive intervention strategy combining policy support and health education to further improve InfV coverage in this population..关键词
