Abstract
Mid-infrared spectroscopy has been widely applied in milk analysis,where spectral data preprocessing and standardization serve as essential prerequisites for effective implementation.Existing standardization methods such as Direct Standardization(DS),Piecewise Direct Standardization(PDS),and Retroactive Percentile Standardization(RPS)have demonstrated satisfactory performance in certain scenarios but still exhibit limitations.This review summarizes major preprocessing and standardization approaches for mid-infrared spectral data and discusses synergistic optimization strategies for these procedures.The study aims to address spectral inconsistencies caused by instrument variations and noise interference,establishing a framework for cross-instrument data integration and historical spectral analysis to further enhance the practical utility of milk spectral data.关键词
