Abstract
Heroes and role models are the upholders of the national spirit,practitioners of the era's values,and vivid carriers of socialist core values.The current mechanism for propaganda and learning of heroes and role models in China has achieved phased results in organizational coordination,institutional standardization,propaganda models,and learning transformation.However,during operation,dilemmas still exist,such as insufficient departmental coordination and resource integration,inadequate propaganda and communication effectiveness,weak transformation of learning into practice,untimely effect evaluation and feedback improvement,and the need to strengthen support capabilities.Based on the five dimensions of coordination,communication,learning,evaluation,and support,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions,including establishing cross-departmental coordination and liaison mechanisms,innovating narrative methods and propaganda forms,deepening collaborative communication and practice transformation,constructing a scientific evaluation indicator system,and building an information platform for heroes and role models.关键词
