摘要
Abstract
Developing new quality productive forces requires a large number of skilled talents with composite,innovative,and application abilities as support.However,currently,the construction of skilled talent teams in some regions faces the dilemma of mismatch between supply and demand,which to some extent restricts the development of new quality productive forces.Based on this,this paper takes the skilled talent team in Region G as an example,analyzes the total amount and structure of existing skilled talents in the region,sorts out the types and scale of skilled talents required for the development of new quality productive forces,reveals three major challenges in achieving supply-demand matching of skilled talents,and accordingly proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions,promoting vocational education reform,building a"production-education-evaluation"skilled talent ecosystem,and leveraging the principal role of enterprises,so as to provide reference for accelerating the construction of a skilled talent team that meets the development needs of new quality productive forces.关键词
