Research on the Connotation of Interpersonal Trust of Patients in Family Doctor Contracted Services from Concept,Components and Dimensions

Abstract
Objective To expound the concept,components,and dimensions of patients'interpersonal trust in family doctor contracted services in China.Methods Literature review,inductive deduction,and in-depth interviews were employed.Results The conceptual characteristics of patients'interpersonal trust in family doctor contracted services encompass the universal"expecta-tion of family doctors protecting and prioritizing patients'interests"and the personalized"willingness to further deepen the bilateral relationship",which can be categorized into two components of cognitive trust and affection trust.The former comprises four di-mensions of technique,communication,reliability and care,while the latter includes two dimensions of sharing and reliance.Con-clusion A conceptual model of interpersonal trust of patients in family doctor contracted services has been constructed,which pro-posed that affection trust is an important component of patients'interpersonal trust,deepened and expanded the hierarchical catego-ry of patient trust theory study,and also provided a framework for the development of a measurement tool for patients'interpersonal trust of family doctor contracted services version.关键词
