我国医保药品目录与相关目录的协同机制研究
Study on the Coordination and Optimization Pathways Between China's National Reimbursement Drug List and Re-lated Lists

Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the coordination issues between China's National Reimbursement Drug List(NRDL)and its related lists,identify key issues affecting the overall effectiveness of medical insurance policies,and propose op-timization pathways.Methods Based on the perspective of policy coherence,a three-dimensional analytical framework covering horizontal,vertical,and temporal dimensions was developed to assess the coordination issues between the NRDL and related lists.Results The coordination remained insufficient in terms of functional positioning and reimbursement boundaries,inter-departmen-tal and inter-hierarchical collaboration,and dynamic adjustment mechanisms,which limited the overall effectiveness of medical insurance payment policies in improving drug accessibility,optimizing medical service provision,and incentivizing pharmaceutical innovation.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen horizontal policy alignment,improve vertical synchronization of information and standards,and optimize temporal linked adjustment mechanisms,which can facilitate the transition from fragmented manage-ment toward a systemic,coordinated governance system for medical insurance lists.关键词
