Analysis of China's Ethnic Medicine Development Policies Under the Three-Dimensional Analytical Framework of"Tool-Theme-Object"
摘要
Abstract
50 policies related to ethnic medicine issued from 1980 to 2025 were analyzed based on the three-dimensional analytical framework of"Tool-Theme-Object".The results revealed that China's ethnic medicine policies had evolved through three stages of initial exploration,institutional construction,and in-depth development.Nevertheless,the current policy system still has prominent problems,including the structural imbalance in the deployment of policy tools,distinct hierarchical disparities in policy themes,and unbalanced coverage of policy targets.To further boost the development of ethnic medicine,it is suggested to optimize the structure of policy tools and advance the tripartite synergy of"Supply-Environment-Demand",balance the focus of policy themes and strengthen the long-term support for basic-level themes such as education,scientific research and cultural communication,and improve the coverage of policy targets to build a pattern of coordinated development with multiple stakeholde-rs.关键词
