伦理与法律视角下医务人员对类器官及其技术应用的认知与态度研究
Study on the Cognition and Attitudes of Medical Personnel towards Organoids and Their Technological Applications from the Perspectives of Ethics and Law

Abstract
Objective To analyze the healthcare professionals'awareness and attitudes toward ethical and legal issues in organoid technology applications,and propose legal pathways to improve governance of biomedical innovations like organoids in China.Meth-ods Convenience sampling method was used to recruit healthcare professionals from secondary and tertiary hospitals in four regions of Jilin Province.Descriptive statistics,t-tests,analysis of variance(ANOVA),and multiple linear regression were employed to ana-lyze the healthcare professionals'cognitive levels and attitudes toward organoids and their technological applications,as well as asso-ciated variations.Results The healthcare professionals scored(2.64±1.16)points for cognitive level and(4.35±0.76)points for attitudinal inclination toward organoids and their applications.Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that having person-ally applied for ethical review and the presence of ethical risk management systems(training,review,risk management,etc.)for organoid technology applications within the hospital were significant factors influencing healthcare professionals'cognitive scores re-garding organoids and their applications(P<0.05).Additionally,job position and having personally applied for ethical review were factors significantly influencing healthcare professionals'attitude scores toward organoid technology applications(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Healthcare professionals demonstrated low cognitive scores and high attitude scores regarding organoid technology application,indicating a generally positive stance.However,their understanding of related ethical and regulatory frameworks remained inade-quate.It is suggested to strengthen ethical review systems,refine informed consent procedures,establish dynamic governance mecha-nisms and public participation systems to enhance the legal awareness and ethical sensitivity of the medical staff,which will promote the standardized development of organoid technology and other emerging biomedical technologies.关键词
