阿尔茨海默病血液标志物参考区间的研究进展
Research progress on reference intervals for blood markers of Alzheimer disease
摘要
Abstract
Blood biomarkers for Alzheimer disease have attracted significant research attention because of their noninvasive nature,accessibility,and low cost.Among these,blood biomarkers such as amyloid β-protein(Aβ),phosphorylated tau protein subtypes,and glial fibrillary acidic protein have exhibited promising application prospects in the diagnosis,treatment monitoring,and prognosis assessment of Alzheimer disease.However,owing to differences in ethnicity,testing systems,methodologies,and population screening criteria,no internationally recognized reference interval standard currently exists.This study systematically reviews the research progress on reference intervals for core blood standards,such as Aβ40,Aβ42,phosphorylated tau181,and phosphorylated tau217,and discusses the current chal-lenges in establishing reference intervals for the Chinese population.关键词
