Research progress on mechanism and treatment of anlotinib-related hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension is the most common adverse reaction associated with anlotinib during anti-tumor therapy,with an in-cidence rate as high as 76.9％.More importantly,the occur-rence and progression of hypertension and its complications sig-nificantly impair the quality of life for cancer patients,poten-tially leading to treatment discontinuation and increasing the risk of disease progression.Currently,research on anlotinib-related hypertension remains limited.Given this,this paper pri-marily explores the specific mechanisms underlying anlotinib-related hypertension and reviews its treatment strategies,aim-ing to provide a theoretical basis for individualized blood pres-sure management in clinical practice.关键词
