蛋白质肉豆蔻酰化修饰在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展
Research progress of protein N-myristoylation in tumorigenesis and progression
摘要
Abstract
Protein N-myristoylation is an important post-translational modification catalyzed by N-myristoyltransferase(NMT),which covalently attaches myristic acid to the N-terminal glycine residue of target proteins,thereby regulating their membrane localization,stability,and biological func-tions.This review aims to summarize the molecular mechanisms of protein N-myristoylation and its role in tumor progression,analyzing the abnormal expression patterns of protein N-myristoylation in tumors,its regulation of signaling pathways and metabolism,and its interactions with other post-translational modifications.The study shows that this modifica-tion is aberrantly expressed in multiple solid tumors such as he-patocellular carcinoma,lung cancer,breast cancer,and pros-tate cancer,and participates in regulating tumor cell prolifera-tion,migration,drug resistance,and immune evasion.关键词
