高血压伴抑郁发病机制的研究进展
Research advances in pathogenesis of hypertension with comorbid depression
摘要
Abstract
Patients with hypertension often experience comor-bid depression,and this co-occurrence significantly increases cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk.A complex bidirec-tional relationship exists between hypertension and depression,where depression can exacerbate the progression of hyperten-sion,and the course of hypertension can also induce mood disor-ders.The pathogenesis of their comorbidity involves multi-system interactions,including genetic susceptibility,overacti-vation of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS),dysregulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis,autonomic ner-vous system dysfunction,immune-inflammatory responses,and intestinal flora/metabolic abnormalities.Based on these mecha-nisms,characteristic biomarkers such as inflammatory factors,epigenetic regulation,vascular function,and neuroplasticity provide a basis for early disease identification.This paper sys-tematically elaborates on the mechanisms and potential biomark-ers of hypertension-depression comorbidity,aiming to offer new insights for its precise intervention.关键词
