Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the correlation between thromboelastogrophy(TEG)and conventional coagulation in patients with high-altitude malignant tumors.[Methods]A total of 70 patients with plateau malignant tumors admitted to 363 Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 70 patients with plain malignant tumors were selected as the control group during the same period.TEG and routine coagulation tests were performed in both groups for correlation analysis.[Results]A comparative analysis between the two sets of TEG parameters and routine coagulation indicators revealed that Platelet(PLT)and prothrombin time(PT)were significantly elevated in the high altitude group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis indicated count that the alpha Angle,coagulation index(CI),and maximum amplitude(MA)were positively correlated with fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet count(PLT),clotting time(K)was negatively correlated with FIB and PLT,MA was negatively correlated with thrombin time(TT),while reaction time(R)showed no significant correlation with activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),PT,and TT.Consistency assessment revealed moderate consistency between Angle,K,CI,MA and PLT,and between CI,MA and FIB,while the consistency of other indicators was poor.[Conclusion]There is a significant correlation between TEG and routine coagulation parameters PLT and FIB in patients with malignant tumors at high altitude,showing moderate consistency;however,there is no significant correlation with APTT,PT,and TT,and there are certain differences compared with patients at plain level.Nevertheless,these two methods cannot replace each other in assessing patients'coagulation function.Clinically,based on the principle of individualized diagnosis and treatment,a comprehensive evaluation of patients'disease characteristics and diagnostic and treatment needs should be conducted to reasonably select the combination of coagulation function tests,providing reliable laboratory support for the precise treatment of cancer patients.关键词
