医用耗材管理策略优化在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用评价
Evaluation on the application of the optimization of management strategy for medical consumables in patients with aSAH

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of the optimized management strategy for medical consumables of surgical room in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH),so as to provide basis for improving the efficiency of managing medical consumables of surgical room.Methods:The management strategy for medical consumables of surgical room was optimized from four aspects,which included the refined classification management of medical consumables,standardized management of medical consumables,establishment of a visual map of consumables,and an early warning system of using consumables.A total of 162 patients with aSAH who underwent surgery at Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from 2022 to 2023 were selected.According to different management methods for medical consumables of surgical room,71 patients who underwent surgery during January and December 2022 were included in the control group,and the medical consumables of surgical room,which were used in these patients,were managed by the conventional management method for medical consumables of surgical room.At the same time,91 patients who underwent surgery during January and December 2023 were included in the observation group,and the medical consumables of surgical room for them were managed by using the optimized management strategy for medical consumables of surgical room.The total cost of surgery,the use of consumables,and prognosis of patients between two groups were compared.Then,the application effect of the optimized management strategy for medical consumables of surgical room in patients with aSAH was evaluated.Results:The mean total cost of surgery in the observation group was(43 758.0±16 077.81)CNY,which was lower than(50,891.51±13,303.74)CNY of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.018,P<0.05).The interquartile range(IQR)of the number of aneurysm clips in the observation group was smaller than that of the control group.The proportion of patients with delayed cerebral infarction,and the proportion of patients whose scores of modified Rankin Scale(mRS)were 3-6 points at discharge in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences of them between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The optimized management strategy for medical consumables of surgical room can effectively reduce the totally surgical cost of patients with aSAH,and alleviate financial burden of patients,while it does not significantly affect the intraoperative situation and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the patients with aSAH.关键词
