SynoVent E3呼吸机故障分析与维修解决方案
Fault analysis and repair for SynoVent E3 ventilator
摘要
Abstract
Addressing the lack of solutions for specific faults such as test failure of safety valve,and pressure anomalies of intermittent output of the air compressor in ventilators operating under prolonged overload in complexly and variably medical environments,this study took the SynoVent E3 ventilator as an example to introduce the composition structure,and working principle,and analyzed three typical fault cases,including test failure of safety valve,black screen of display screen,and anomaly of output pressure of air compressor.By analyzing the fault phenomena and principle image,and combining technical manuals and repair knowledge of self-circuit,the faults were progressively troubleshot.The ventilator was restored to normal operation by cleaning the adhered silicone components,and replacing a tantalum capacitor on the ventilation control module(VCM)circuit board,and repairing the display inverter and the component of pressure switch of compressor,respectively.This research provided practical and feasible guidance for maintaining and repairing ventilators,so as to reduce maintenance costs,and ensure the stability and safety of emergent equipment.关键词
