苦黄注射液联合注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎临床研究
Clinical Study of Kuhuang Injection Combined with Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection in the Treatment of Icteric Viral Hepatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kuhuang Injection combined with Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection in the treatment of icteric viral hepatitis,and its effect on the levels of liver injury-related proteins in patients.Methods The clinical data from 80 patients with icteric viral hepatitis admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to May 2025 were retrospectively selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the patients in the two groups were treated with Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection,while the patients in the observation group were additionally treated with Kuhuang Injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 60 d.Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms(scleral icterus,yellow skin,yellow urine,and liver area percussion pain)scores,the liver function indexes[direct bilirubin,total bilirubin(TBiL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),chemokine 1(CXCL1),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and the levels of serum autophagy-related protein Beclin1(Beclin1)and fibrinogen-like protein 1(FGL-1)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the levels of serum apolipoprotein A Ⅰ(APOA Ⅰ)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(12.50%vs.7.50%,P＞0.05).Conclusion Kuhuang Injection combined with Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate for Injection has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of icteric viral hepatitis,which can improve patients' clinical symptoms and liver function,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and regulate liver injury-related protein levels.关键词
