摘要
Abstract
China is a major player in fishery harvesting, with its marine product output consistently ranking first globally for many years.Nearly ten million tons of aquatic products are landed annually from 17 major fishing grounds along the four sea areas—the Bohai Sea,Yellow Sea,East China Sea,and South China Sea—via coastal fishing ports. This offers broad application prospects for fishing ports to develop self-operated aquatic product markets. The development of self-operated aquatic markets in fishing ports holds significant importance in optimizing distribution layers, reducing procurement and sales costs, intensifying aquatic resource utilization, ensuring secure supply, driving integrated development, and enhancing competitive advantages. This study analyzes the characteristics of aquatic products in coastal fishing ports and reviews the distribution and sales models for live, chilled, frozen, and dried products. It identifies challenges in developing self-operated aquatic markets, including high infrastructure investment, significant losses in circulation, stringent consumer requirements, difficulties in collaborative management,a shortage of specialized talent, and challenges in establishing procurement and sales partnerships.Practical approaches are proposed, such as leveraging resources to empower services, establishing flat sales networks, enriching product value, strengthening production-supply-sales collaboration, and enhancing professional skills through targeted training. The study aims to provide decision-making references for integrating primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in fishing ports, reforming the supply side of offshore aquatic products, promoting high-quality development of fishing ports, and implementing national strategies such as the concept of diverse food sources.关键词
