中医证候诊断量表研究现状的文献计量学分析
Bibliometric analysis of the research status of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnostic scales

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome diagnostic scales and raise questions and suggestions regarding the technical specifications of several key links in scale research.Methods:Literature related to TCM syndrome diagnostic scales included in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM databases were retrieved.Information such as publication year and source,scale type,disease category,syndrome type,item screening and weighting methods,assessment and validation indicators,and threshold determination methods were extracted and statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 75 articles(75 studies)were included,consisting of 37 dissertations(49.33％)and 38 journal articles(50.67％).The main publishing institutions included Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,etc.Diseases mainly involved the circulatory system.Item screening methods were dominated by classical test theory methods,including correlation coefficient method,factor analysis,Cronbach'sα coefficient method,and discrete tendency method,while only 1 study applied item response theory.Scale assessment mainly focused on reliability and validity.Item weights were mostly determined by a subjective-objective combined weighting method combining Delphi method and factor analysis.Diagnostic thresholds were primarily determined using receiver operating characteristic curves.Conclusion:Although certain progress has been made in the research of TCM syndrome diagnostic scales,there remain problems such as imperfect development methods and non-standard key links.Optimization and improvement are needed from four aspects:distinguishing item attributes,evaluating efficacy,defining thresholds,and establishing technical specifications.关键词
