中医药治疗支气管扩张用药规律的R语言数据挖掘研究
Data Mining Study on Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Bronchiectasis Based on R Language

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of bronchiectasis based on data mining technology,and to provide references for clinical syndrome differentiation and medication.Methods:TCM prescriptions of inpatients with bronchiectasis in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2021 to August 31,2025 were retrospectively collected,and data mining was performed using R language.Results:A total of 303 prescriptions involving 190 Chinese medicinal herbs were included,with a total frequency of 4 064.Among the four natures,cold and neutral herbs had the highest frequencies;among the five flavors,sweet bitter and pungent herbs ranked the top;among meridian tropisms,lung,stomach,spleen,heart and liver meridians ranked the top five.In terms of TCM categories,phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving herbs,heat-clearing herbs,tonifying herbs,diuresis-promoting and dampness-eliminating herbs,and hemostatic herbs ranked the top five in usage frequency.Association rule analysis showed that the herb pairs with the highest support for two-,three-,and four-item combinations were Phragmitis Rhizoma-Platycodonis Radix,Phragmitis Rhizoma-Coicis Se-men-Platycodonis Radix,and Scutellariae Radix-Phragmitis Rhizoma-Coicis Semen-Platycodonis Radix,respec-tively.Two core prescriptions were extracted,targeting patients with"phlegm-heat obstructing lung"or"qi-yin de-ficiency complicated with phlegm"respectively.Conclusion:Data mining objectively reveals the medication char-acteristics of TCM in the treatment of bronchiectasis in the real world,and provides a certain reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.关键词
