浮针联合膝舒胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察
Clinical Study on Floating Acupuncture Combined with Xishu Capsules in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating acupuncture combined with Xishu Capsules on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 110 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group(56 cases)receiving floating acupuncture combined with Xishu Capsules,and control group(54 cases)receiving conventional electroacupuncture combined with Xishu Capsules.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Lysholm knee score and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score were observed and recorded before and af-ter treatment in both groups.Musculoskeletal ultrasound was used to observe the volume of knee joint effusion and the thickening of affected muscles before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the improvement ranges of VAS score,Lysholm score and WOMAC score in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P＜0.05).The knee joint effusion in the ob-servation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the improvement of affected muscle thickening was also significantly less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.64％,which was significantly higher than 81.48％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of oral administration of Xishu Capsules,floating acupuncture can effectively im-prove clinical symptoms,relieve pain and restore joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis,which has more advantages than traditional electroacupuncture.关键词
