针药结合治疗颈性眩晕(痰浊阻窍证)的临床观察
Clinical Study on Acupuncture-Medication Combined Therapy for Cervical Vertigo of Turbid Phlegm Obstructing Orifices Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-medication combined therapy based on the theory of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity for cervical vertigo of turbid phlegm obstructing orifices type.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cervical vertigo of turbid phlegm obstructing orifices type were random-ly divided into control group 1(conventional acupuncture-medication combined therapy),control group 2(flunari-zine hydrochloride capsule therapy)and observation group(acupuncture-medication combined therapy based on ascending lucidity and descending turbidity theory).The intervention period was 7 days.The Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score,Neck Disability Index(NDI)score before treatment and on day 1,3,7 of treatment,vertebro-basilar blood flow velocity before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were observed in each group.Results:The DHI score and NDI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control groups on day 1,3,7 of treatment(P＜0.05);the vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the two control groups on day 7 of treatment(P＜0.05);the total effective rate of the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that of the two control groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture-medi-cation combined therapy based on ascending lucidity and descending turbidity theory can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical vertigo of turbid phlegm obstructing orifices type,with rapid onset and increased vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity.关键词
